Well there goes Ralph's kids theory that the academy players can step up. He can put that one to bed.

Ralph has said in the past that he wanted to work with a small squad and call on the academy to fill gaps. I think he is now realising that when you have a small squad and a ton of injuries plans go out the window. If he is in anyway responsible for the small squad and the loaning out of potential replacements, then he would owe it to the club to stay.
Going a man down against a team of expensive superstars that early would test a lot of teams and I never saw the heads drop as much as they did against Leicester. It was like a perfect storm with injuries, a losing run but it was a poor transfer window too. We need KWP, Big Vester, Oriol and Diallo back asap. I hope that the match doesn't damage young Kayne too much mentally and as for Weird Al well time will tell if he has a future here.
