Well deserved win, we were the better side. Onwards and upwards you rrrrssss... Just a thought, how many managers have Watford had in the last year? Could be another P45...
What Austin did well there was ignoring the defender in front of him and being positive that the ball was going to come to him. A surprising number of strikers don't react because they simply expect the defender to get it.
I know he's the Messiah, but Austin didn't really do anything to create the goal, the defender got caught under the cross. Good header, though.
Todd Kane had more touches than anyone else, He was our out ball and main attacking delivery all night, A large chunk of his passes went in the right place He would have looked better if it hadn’t been Bonne he was serving
Great result. Kane was mom. He did so much. I didn't give Wallace a chance with Sarr but on the whole he did okay. Barbet and Duckie are now a real unit. Wonderful result...but don't rest on it Only 7 points off the relegation places...hard to believe after tonight's performance
The warm glow you feel after a Monday night away win on Sky against the team with the best home record in all four divisions is tampered when you turn on Sky Sports and they only have old mutton chops on as their expert for the last hour of the transfer window. Alrite Arry.
A win live on Sky, a win at the home of the best home team in English football this season, first win v top half team, a win coming from behind, a 50th QPR goal for Charlie, a really good performance from Mr.Kane and a winner with 1st goal from uncle. Please let me sleep for another while.
