Feel champion today, so it was just a bit of an unsettled night Friday and 24 hours of feeling out of sorts. Mind whatever is in it, it’s strong stuff. I had a vivid dream last night that the Mags won the Premier League under Steve Bruce
Must be good stuff. Very well organised at the centre for life this morning. No issues at all. Had the Oxford jab so we shall how things go. Get it done folks.
I am 61 and wonder when will i get the vaccine, don't work in health whatever although i did work in a warehouse doing mail order to hospitals years ago, good job that. My boss will be booming as he sells face masks, visors, gloves etc hoped he would call me to get back working there.
Don’t know if its been posted on here but you can check when you’re ready to have it through this https://www.omnicalculator.com/health/vaccine-queue-uk
I had the Pfizer vaccine in early January, couldn’t lift my arm the next day, at 7 days started to experience pain in my lymph node under my left arm for a few days. 2 week my balls were really aching for a few days. I’m fine after 14 days.
The new vaccine that will be produced on Teesside has had some disappointing results in tests in South Africa against the new strain there. It came out at not much more than 50% effective according to the science information site I follow on Twitter.
Four work colleagues had the Oxford vaccine yesterday at the Eagles basketball centre in Newcastle. One has phoned in sick, one has been sent home ill, one feels like he has a massive hangover, and the other is fine, with no ill effects. All four are in their 50's. Seems the ones of us (at work) who had the Pfizer at newcastle general have all been fine, but the ones who had the Oxford yesterday, not so.
Just had a phone we would like to invite for a vac YES she could not finish her sentance She was taken aback
OGA was it a mobile she phoned from? I'm similar circumstances to you but I am not 65 for 3 weeks but I have missed a couple of calls from a mobile today dont recognise the numbers.
