First comment of the day 5 minutes before racing starts <yikes> It must be bad today.

Sedgefield still in doubt so had a quick look at Lingfield, done a Yankee for an interest since I'm off work...

    12:45 Fantomas 11/4
    1:15 Zamperini 11/4
    2:15 Linelee King 7/2
    2:50 Thibault 7/2

    Afternoon all...

Wolverhampton 5.10pm My Girl Maggie 10/11 win available with Bet365. Loves the course and won over C&D recently.

Don't usually go for odds on shots but 10/11 looks massive and this is too good to miss.

Quiet thread today. I'm going against Pops in this. Juriste was making up ground hand over fist last time out. Steps up in trip and looks on a handy mark. Could spring a surprise and could be the value at 11/2 ew

Unlucky, nailed on the post. Mine was 3rd at 12/1. 7 runners so missed out on the place <doh>

Didn't we do well <laugh> No wonder it was quiet

Last one saves the day Ronald, had singles on so just about got money back.

I had a look at the Wolves card this morning, I noticed Eldelbar(6:40) was being turned out quickly after winning yesterday. Was 11/4 when I looked but missed the boat, 13/8 now

I see I'm Available is being turned out quickly too (19.10 Wolves) One of my selections on Saturday and came last of 4 when odds on. The 4/1 now looks attractive for the Nathaniel mare who had previously stormed home in a stronger race

That Eldelbar never even came off the bridle, ended up going off 15/8.

Looks like one of those that could rack up a 4 or 5 timer in the next couple of weeks. Worth keeping an eye on for next time anyway.

I just watched that race. How was that placed 2nd? it looked a clear winner to me. I wonder what price it was to get the photo verdict

It had clearly got done Ron but the cameraman went close up on the wrong horse too so you were clearly in good company.
    The wait continues

You would wonder what the trainer has been doing with him in the past when you see him winning 2 on the bounce with such ease.

One wouldn't like to speculate about such things.

To be fair though if you look through the form its always been fairly consistent, a lot of places and even when not placed still not beaten too far. Looks more suspect when a horse is finishing nearer last than 1st then all of a sudden racks up a hat trick of wins within a week.
