I will lose my **** and turn off the stream if we are not playing 3 in midfield today. Constantly over run in the middle of the park yet the staff can't see it. How the **** these people are allowed to mange our club is ridiculous, not fit to be coaching the dog and bone pub team

Sorry to sound like a broken record. Should happen (5-3-2); Darlow; Manq, Schar, Lascelles, Clark, Lewis; Hayden, Longstaff, Almiron; Joe, Wilson

Note: Joe should be given a run in his favoured position. When he was earlier in the season, he was our most productive attacking outlet and we need him to claw some value back, somehow. Lewis is poor, but as a LWB is less exposed than he would be at LB. As I've said repeatedly, none of our midfielders work in a pair and, to a point, I don't even care what three but think with Villa's "between the lines" attackers we play Hayden and a Longstaff, with Almiron as an outlet.

What Bruce will absolutely play is 5-4-1 or 4-4-2. At least three players will be out of position; suspect Ritchie will be left back, someone else right back and Hendrick will be RM. He will, as usual, persevere with 2 in the middle who will be completely over-run by Villa's superior engine room. Wilson will be utterly isolated as usual. Or will have Carroll as a passenger if he stupidly sticks with 4-4-2.

1st 1 I'd go with, excluding Lascelles. Dummett or anyone over that liability

Clark and Fede should be first choice CBS when everyone is fit and available IMHO. Shelvey and or Sean Longstaff should be no where near CDM. They are literally costing us every single game. Play them further forward if needs must in the CAM position. We all know shelvey's passing is his strongest attribute... So why not let him thread passes through to Wilson and or Gayle who will obviously thrive of some creativity. Hayden and Matty are battlers and will give us some legs in that area of the pitch. It's not ideal but I think it's the best chance we have of getting a semi functional midfield engine room going.

Don’t think for a long time I’m going into a match not bothered if we get beat. If we win, great, 3 points. If we lose, knocks that ****er Bruce down even further, great. Think a draw would be the only result I’d be disappointed with.

Rumours that it's Carroll and Wilson up top.

    And no Joelinton
