Interesting little thread on twitter - a search for the best goal of the Pozzo era. The first two votes have taken place, but plenty more to go.
I think the Bottachio Goal v Huddersfield could push one of those.....that said both of those goals 'meant' more due to what they represented in terms of the result and the importance of the game
I think if you study the options you'll find that the Deeney Leicester goal isn't one of them!! I don't know why - maybe the guy organising it thinks the result would be a foregone conclusion?
Interesting- was a good goal too! Yes that CB one was excellent. A real team goal that summed up the Zola era .
Vydra's first against Leicester in the p-o semifinal was the best goal I have ever seen. I really mean that. Much better than Dumbells on Sinday for Hotspuds..
I've just had a look at tonight's match ups - and need help. Guedioura at Arsenal or Chalobah at Leicester. Two absolute rockets and I can't decide...
No - he was complaining about the museum in Stirling that won't give him his ball back. It's the oldest football in the world.
Article on our finances. Like most clubs COVID is having an impact and relegation of course. EDIT: Sorry here it is ! https://buzz.bournemouth.ac.uk/2021/01/watford-fc-the-impact-of-covid-19-and-relegation/
An injury update of the injured players whom of, as usual, two were "supposed" to return from injury sooner. I wonder if other clubs suffer with this as much as we seem to do. https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/19027692.stipe-perica-hoping-back-watford-early-next-month/ Basically, Perica & Success back start of Feb. Foster ing his finger still. Quina hamstrung Dele-Bashiru out still long term. Kabbs still recovering. (those 4 have no return date, as they don´t seem to mean anything anyways) Guess, in hindsight, 6 players out isn´t too bad for us.
Success looks to be working hard to get fit again. I can't say I like his choice of music though. Edit - damn - it looks like you have to click on the 'watch on Facebook' link.
