    Fat Sam won't be pleased - losing to Blackpool after penalties. How long before he gets the sack? ;)

    One particularly bad kick by the Baggies - he waited to see which way the keeper went, then kicked the ball straight at him. <doh>

    They were given approval for the trip by the SFA and the Scottish Government at the start of November - but, to be honest, I would have expected commonsense to come into play before they decided to go ahead with it last week.

    I wonder what Troy will have to say about the matter?:)

    Strange goings on in Europe indeed. Last week Bayern Munich were knocked out of the German Cup by a tier 2 team. Such a momentous event that my sister, who lives there and dislikes football, emailed to tell me.
    I noticed that Alceyano's winner was scored after they had gone down to ten men too, heaping more embarrassment on Real Madrid.
