    Match Preview;
    As I have said before, this fixture holds bitter memories for me. The 0-4 loss at home and the playoff final defeat are two of my worst football memories. I have family in the Cardiff area, and generally like south Wales, but can't stand Cardiff City football club...and I'd love it if we beat them...love it.

    Cardiff currently sit five places and five points above us, 15th with 29 points. Their top scorer is Kiefer Moore, with 8 goals, compared to 5 goals for Dykes and Chair, our joint top scorers. They have only conceded 27 so far, so only 3 less than us...which is sort of comforting. Their goalie is an ex-Ranger, Smithies, so I'm sort of glad to see they haven't got an amazing stat for goals conceded...is that bitter of me...maybe. Glatzel and Moore seem to have built up a good striking partnership, with Rolls and Ojo also chipping in with a few goals each...so we have to be on guard and ready to defend well to keep them from scoring a few. As 9's has just pointed out below though, they haven't won since the 16th of December, and only one win in six league games, including a 0-2 loss to local rivals Swansea.

    As for us, positive is that we had a break at the weekend and haven't played since our 0-2 win at Luton...but there have been a few changes since then. We have signed De Wijs from Hull, and Masterson (Swindon) and Oteh (Colchester) have both been sent out on loan. More importantly, BOS has seemingly agreed a move to Fenerbahce and will be off at the end of the season. I can understand why he wants to move, and I don't want to wish anything bad on him, but it does feel a bit like he's played the club around here. I know others have said we should leave him out until he goes, but I'd do the opposite...play him for every minute of every game for the rest of the season...give the players who are sticking around the rest, and send him to Turkey as exhausted as possible. As has been discussed on the Transfer Rumours thread, at least Eze had the decency to ensure we got a decent fee for him.

    Enjoy those who'll be watching...and as always...COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!!

    2010/11, Adel's winner in 2-1 win put us top and we stayed there for the rest of the season...

    I've just been looking up on Cardiff's form of late. They haven't picked up a point since beating Birmingham 3-2 on December the 15th, and having lost their last four games. It's five straight losses if you include their cup game v Forest.

    999's....a team on bad form. Strikers that don't score. And we turn up.......you almost know what's going to happen

    They've recently signed young striker Max Watters from Crawley Town. The 21 year old has scored 13 from 16 in League 2. Hopefully he can't step up to this level just yet. ( Well at least not when we play them anyway. )

    Warburton mentioned going back to 4 2 3 1 in his pre- match interview on the Official.

    That would just be so Warburton, find a winning formula and then change it... <doh>

    If he isnt going to play BOS at WB, maybe it's the best option until / if we bring in a decent WB. But he's also said something like BOS is still a OPR player available for selection until he is told he isn't. So I reckon he's just trying to keep the Opposition guessing.

    Until Kakay or De Wijs are fit we have three centre-halves and Cameron is 57. Still think we should go with the 352 with Niko in for Bright as Plan A as it kind of works a bit sometimes.

    Still need to play a bit tonight though through Chair assuming Cardiff are still essentially a rugby team. Their form is terrible.

    Exactly. Why change the system. We have appeared much stronger with 3 centre backs and I really don’t want to see us revert to a lone striker social distancing from the rest of the team for the duration of the game.

    Right looking forward to the R's getting a 1-0 win at Cardiff. No Sky or Radio so will have to watch some QPR fan on Facebook watching it and telling me what's happening. It's funny as he sits there watching the live game and commentating. :emoticon-0101-sadsm
