Sheffield United's FA Cup quarter-final against Arsenal is finally due to be played on the last weekend of June.
So the idea that football is a 'family' that looks after it's own, has been shown to be nonsense. Within the 4 professional leagues, in each division it has been the clubs self-interest, ie am I likely to be promoted/relegated plus financial considerations that has decided how each club will vote, whether to finish playing the league and cup games. The main problem for L1 restarting, other than those in promotion positions and those above the relegation positions wanting to stop. Has been costs, the cost of having to do Coronvirus testing and playing with no crowd or tv money..I do not believe the costs are a lot in terms or Premier league clubs or TV money...but is any of it going to L1 for them to play...not on your nelly.. No football is not a community or a family!
Not worth a thread tbh, absolute tossers. There'll no doubt be pathetic 'it was an error of judgement' apologies trotted out ENGLAND stars Ben Chilwell, Tammy Abraham and Jadon Sancho have been filmed attending a packed birthday party ahead of tomorrow’s squad meet-up. https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/12844900/chilwell-abraham-sancho-breach-covid-rules/
It should have been gone by now who is spreading it ?. i reckon these numbers of covid are just made up, they would never tell us if aliens landed on this plant though. what else has been brought into this country after the swine flu epidemic ? they never learn do these governments, what next Ebola ? christ when will they learn.
I reckon the official number of positive tests is far higher than the official count, will be loads who can't get a test or just won't bother. The proof is in the hospital admission and deaths, which are inevitably going up. You can't just get rid of a coronavirus, it's like flu in that respect, it's here forever.
Track and trace tex my brother But it dosnt tell him where he was in contact Could be anywhere is this right
My 8 year old twin boys tested positive this morning. Major head f#ck this for me, anyone on here who knows me knows my lads are my world and probably the reason why im here now still. Isolating with their mam.
Keep us posted mate. Unusually for me I just woke up in the middle of the night and saw this. They're fit young kids so they'll soon shrug it off.
I'm sure they will be fine mate.. My oldest lad has recently recovered from it and is right as rain now..
They should be fine, kids don't get it too bad unless they have other serious health issues. It is a 10 day isolation though. My son (19) had it in October and fully recovered in a few weeks.
Fingers crossed the symptoms are mild and short lived Tees. It will probably hit you more worrying about them, take care and stay safe
