There's no way that Arsenal can play the 4th round other than in the scheduled slot, due to the EL. There wouldn't even be a spare slot for them before the 6th round, let alone the 5th round, if they progress one more round in the EL.
On "normal" TV. But BBC had two more on iplayer, and BT had loads (something like 6?) on their Extra channels. And the small handful which still weren't picked up were free on the FA's website. Every match was shown.
