The Crawley players couldn't be interviewed together because of social distancing They've just ****ing smashed Leeds and been celebrating together you daft ****s
So the final score was Kiko 3.0 Leeds Utd I've seen a lot of embarrassing FA cup exits with the Whites and TBH I don't get shocked anymore. I just wish we went back to a time when we played our best team or at least have some on the bench. It's bad enough being in lockdown for 14 days without having to be put through that ****e.
Yes it was - for Crawley . Think they should donate their win money to Leeds - FA Cup 4th rounders should be helping these little clubs out
That team should have been good enough to win that game. Some sobering performances from some of the fringe players. Casilla - 2. Made a decent stop first half. At fault for the first two goals, might have done better for the third. His mistake should have led to a fourth. Needs to get out of the club and should never play for this club again. Phillips - 5. Did as he was told and stayed in the back line. Needed him to push through and lead the team. Looked like he was on holiday. Cooper - 7. Back from injury. Looked comfortable. Missed him 2nd half. Saved for Brighton game. Davies - 5. Couple of errors. Looked a little nervy again. Doesn't look like he will make the grade at Leeds. Rightly hooked at the hour mark. Struijk - 7. Played the Phillips role. Looked composed in possession and competed well defensively. He lacks the mobility to play that role long term. Will probably start there against Brighton due to being hooked at half time. Missed him second half. Alioski - 4. As a senior player he let the side down badly today. Massively underperformed in all aspects of the game. Shackleton - 4. Did his usual trick of looking busy in the middle. Not enough when you are up against a league 2 side. He never once showed that he was any better than any of the Crawley lads. Massively disappointed as I like Shacks but on that performance he (like Davies) looks like he doesn't have a future in the PL. Hernandez - 6. Hit and miss performance. Some classy touches the first hour. Fell away as the game wore on and was incredibly sloppy towards the end. Still looked our most likely creative player. Costa - 5. Contrary to comments on here he did well first half. Tracked back, some neat passes, attacked his full back at every opportunity. Went missing second half. Looked rusty. Poveda - 6. Looked classy first half and unlucky not to get an assist or goal to his name. Didn't do anything after half time and hooked after an hour. Looked better than Costa on the other flank. Rodrigo - 6. Caught offside too often but looked to get shots off at every opportunity. Hooked at HT and saved for Brighton. Missed him 2nd half. Subs. Casey - 3. On at half time. Incredibly nervy which contributed to a few mistakes. Needs to settle down as we had to try and nurse him through. Deserves another chance but has to improve. Jenkins - 3. See above. Another one who needed carrying 2nd half. Never imposed himself on the game. Was it nerves or ability? Harrison - 2. He's not a striker. Bielsa can take the blame for his poor score. Never looked comfortable with his back to goal. Hopefully an experiment gone wrong and never to be repeated. Raphinha - 6. Came on but tried to force things too much. At least he came on and got involved unlike the other 4 subs. Greenwood - 3. Highly anticipated debut after watching him for the U23's. Came on and walked about a bit, committed a couple of lazy fouls, had a shot blocked. To be honest it looked like 1.5 million wasted today. It's his debut and deserves more of a chance after his displays for the 23's. Needs to do more if he is to step up.
and how do you think you would get on playing the full team instead of the 3rd reserves, be thankful Leeds have been generous to a little neck end team, now you have had you fun, now run along mum will have you jam on bread ready
Yep, Hernandez wasn't much better either. The Crawley lads knew what to do on that pitch. Hit it hard and low. The bobbly surface can cause all sorts of problems for keepers. That doesn't exonerate Kiko but the 2nd goal did bobble up off the floor. That's how you play on ****e pitches.
Reality check, none of the under 23s are first team ready, and I hope players don't start to question Bielsa's very nieve decisions, he totally distroyed the team at half time
I've never met TC but years ago a load of us met up with his wally mates and TBH we had a good bit of craic. They were sound Makem and there is a bit of respect between us. Now I don't know if there is History with yourself and them, but we got on. TC will deny this because he's a wind up. Strange that we've not heard from any of them for a while. My point is that he's ok, but you can rip him a new one if you want. It's just banter.
I would like to think that Bielsa didn’t want a cup run but preferred to concentrate on our next game with Brighton So if we thrash Brighton all will be forgiven But today’s result proves we haven’t got strength in depth
i was just thinking why god put teeth in this particular arsehole, now if he put a smiley on the end of his wind up, people would would laugh it off and we could all shake hands, so what was it all fun with good intent well done my son, and if it wasn't bring it on
