I did some with shell on and some without i get my butler to peel them for me, so it’s not a problem.
Onion,green finger chilli, garlic ginger paste and coriander stems chopped...then throw in some Passata or whatever tomato influence you want cumin,coriander, turmeric,chilli powders and some paprika Add a cup of water, mix it all up, lid on...roll spliff

Mate, that sauce is so ****in light it's floated away. Wouldn't even use those prawns to catch salmon with. They be like **** off Boogerman, not havin that ****e. Nice plate though
Banging. Would she’ll all prawns cost I ain’t got time for messing. But don’t mind some small clams still in shells with pasta.... Needs just a little more sauce for me, but not a lot more.
Cheers, looks like you didn’t bother with measures of spices. Makes it miles easier for me. Gonna give that a whirl. Was given a tip once to mix dry spices with a little water before adding, so you don’t burn when doing onion/garlic/ginger. But this method looks good.
yeah I never measure...I’m in one with my cooking...just happens done having it with some basmati...ready for the match
