    https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/13600897/black-panther-oxford-racists-sex-offenders-offence-register/
A LEADER of a new political party inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement has called for people accused of racism to be put on a sex offenders-style "race offenders register". Sasha Johnson, the self-styled "Black Panther of Oxford", said anyone added to the proposed list would be stopped from doing certain jobs or living in certain areas.

This from the same charming person who said “The white man will not be our equal but our slave. History is changing. No justice, no peace #BLM.”

The mainstream politicians and media dare not challenge this sort of nonsense for fear of being called racist. The idea that if you ignore it then everything will be fine has become endemic.

Billions of pounds and dollars have been invested in anti-terror campaigns and surveillance to prevent radicalisation of Muslims but under our noses there is hate speech and calls for violence from the black community that is going unchallenged and unchecked. Maybe the press and politicians will take notice when a bomb goes off or one of these twats videos themselves beheading a YT.

This country is in a bad place because we are governed by an Authoritarian Govt being egged on by a horrendous "opposition" who want them to go further and harder in the authoritarian stakes.

We have lost our freedoms and will probably never get them back - that is more important than playing identity politics with the gammon.

I didn't vote for these ****s. I probably made that pretty obvious over the last 10 years.

A member of my family and a close family friend have been hospitalised due to Covid recently. The only reason we've had to have these lockdowns is that the NHS has been battered by a decade of Toryism, if the hospitals could cope we wouldn't have to lockdown.

Starmer is doing what the opposition should do. Make the Government look incompetent. We'll never know how Labour would have handled it, one thing for sure is that they wouldn't have pished away billions in handouts to Tory donors.

“EU’s coronavirus vaccination strategy in chaos as supplies run short”, write Oliver Moody and Charles Bremner, in the Times:

The European Union’s vaccine strategy has been criticised as “clearly inadequate” after a first week of inoculation on the continent was marred by logistical mishaps.

President Macron reprimanded his ministers over France’s sluggish start after only 400 people received the Pfizer-Biontech jab in the first six days.

A senior German minister and the German-Turkish scientist who developed the Biontech vaccine questioned why the EU had not amassed a sufficient stockpile of the only vaccine it had licensed. Brussels has ordered up to 300 million doses of the jab — barely enough to cover a third of the EU’s 450 million residents — but turned down an offer of an extra 500 million doses, according to Der Spiegel magazine. This has left the bloc dependent on a range of vaccines that have yet to be licensed, including those from Sanofi and Curevac, which are not expected to be available until at least the second half of the year.

“The EU is a divided house”.

A 2019 German think tank report, entitled ‘20 Years of the Euro; Winners and Losers’, costed the single currency’s impact on individual states. From 1999 to 2017, only Germany and the Netherlands were serious winners with the former gaining a huge € 1.9 trillion, or around €23,000 per inhabitant.

In all other states analysed the Euro has provoked a drop in prosperity, with France losing a massive €3.6 trillion and Italy €4.3 trillion. French losses amount to €56,000 per capita and for Italians €74,000. Without fundamental reform the nineteen-member single currency’s divide between high-debt, high-unemployment southern states and their low-debt, low-unemployment northern counterparts will widen. The next crisis will come as the ECB’s quantitative easing programme ends and southern debt ceases to be sucked up by the Bank.

The reaction to the virus is why the NHS "can't cope". Staff forced to self isolate, wards having to socially distance beds.

The economy and tax base tanked and hyperinflation round the corner.

The opposition is making the Govt look incompetent but Mindy can do that, it's not that hard.

MILANO (Reuters) - Italy is considering extending until July 31 this year its state of emergency over the COVID-19 crisis, Il Messaggeroa national newspaper said on Wednesday.

The emergency, set to expire at the end of January, gives the government greater powers, allowing officials to more easily bypass the bureaucracy that stifles decision-making in Italy.
