Theres been lots of articles which are on google for the past few months about PIF looking to buy Marseille. PIF have also been open about the fact they are looking at buying into a number of clubs across Europe’s elite league (like Qatar). this is kind of old news really despite the ex Mackem mod/meltdown king thinking he’s just found the scoop of the century
https://www.getfootballnewsfrance.c...-saudi-acquisition-of-marseille-very-closely/ In recent months, Saudi investors have tried to buy Premier League club Newcastle United, which has been met with public opposition by bosses at BeIN Sports. Three months later, NUFC has still not be sold to these intended buyers and the Premier League seems to be slowing down the process at every turn. From their side, Qatar will do all that it can to ensure that a Saudi acquisition of Marseille does not occur, according to Nicholas McGeehan, a Gulf researcher at the Human Rights Watch
Basically we're in the last 5 months maximum of Ashley's reign provided the useless **** Bruce keeps us up. 5 months is nowt
I think Ashley was waiting on the high street to go to absolute **** because of COVID, but online sales combined with Brits stubbornly ignoring COVID rules have caused it to not happen. I don't think he has the urgency to sell that he had previously, he could feasibly let this roll to the end of the season, take another chunk of TV money and then sell.
If he didn't want out he'd not have coughed up millions to force it through. I think he's the type that once he's decided something that it... He's also not the type to roll over.. He's a proper **** is Ashley
Me? Why? I wasn't looking at the facts, such as slices of bread. I was clearly mistaken as it's definitely, obviously happening. Or happened. I can't tell which.
If you zoom in close enough you can just about make out that.......it’s just bloody bread! But breads means takeover complete right? Yey!
