More than likely. He's been brought on in Europa games when we didn't need him and is playing every minute of every game in the Prem. The striker we got on loan in the summer, Vinicius, has been great when he's played in Europa with 3 goals and 3 assists in 5 games yet he ain't getting a sniff. Son and Hojbjerg are others who've been excessively used.
