    Yes. It is not handball when the ball rebounds onto the arm from another part of the body.

    It's even the case for Leicester, they've done Man City and now Spurs away, and still the post-match is all about the 'big club'. I'm quite happy not paying anything for this.

    If it had rebounded off of another player’s body, who was standing right next to him, I guess it would have been a penalty?

    For me there has to be a recognition of just how close the hand/arm is to the point from where the ball has come from, to factor in reaction time.

    Keepers can't come a millimetre off of their line yet you can do what you want on a run up to fool the keeper.
