    I agree Schad and sometimes go longer early, but this is a first phase for the new Saints and that will come in time, I’m sure.

    Good performance today. Gave City a run for their money. Couldn't take our half chances. Once Ings went off the quality off our bench was just a little short. Thought Armstrong was missed for ball threading late on in the game.

    i agree, but to push in, we can. Get away with a slightly “lesser” full back or someone out of position. A goal scoring striker is not usually replaceable and if we are to carry on this push we may need another one in, if Danny has an issue.

    I worry we brought him back too quickly. He came in and played 45 minutes and then 90, rather than 45, 60, 60, 75 or so to ease him in.
