Put it better than I could've.

"We've all been saying it"? **** right off you haven't. I got slated immensely for even questioning the performances in the first couple of months, to the point where I stopped posting on the thread regularly because it would just end in a multi-page argument.

I love being proved wrong on this bollocks, but the tactical genius McCunt can't ****ing help himself.

Some certain ones on here have been very quiet the last few match threads... wonder the **** why.

Decent away performance which deserved a draw. Undone by two sucker punches. Also caught on the break for the first. Thought they targeted young Greaves from the start which rattled him. Wish Wilkes would pass occasionally in the final third. Also thought we responded well to their second goal. Decent referee tonight too.
You could sense that third goal coming when the board went up for 4 mins extra and we should have been better then that. We should have been happy with the point and closed the game down.
The knives and critics will be out in force tonight.

In the first half tonight, we looked like I expected us to be this season with Grant McCann in charge - a lower-mid table League One team. To be fair, I dont think we've looked like that before tonight. We have managed games well and looked solid at the back. I actually thought we strung a bit more together second half but the final ball was poor, and we looked short of pace against their forward line (Ben Burgess called it). Had we got a draw it would have felt a decent point against a decent side. But our game management in the last 5 was just awful.
I think it's too early to assume as many seem to do on here that we will now hit a slump - but then again it wouldn't surprise me.

Simply not good enough. Ah well, we have Friday night, live on telly to look forward to :emoticon-0138-think Oh Joy.

Pains me to say again, despite our lofty league position, McCann is not the Messiah, a one trick pony, a poor one at that. Why can’t he see what we can all see, and do something about it, change it up. Respect and a right to gain 3 points doesn’t come with league position, it has to be earned, and tonight, again, one team was more hungry and up for it, and it wasn’t us.

Which is entirely justified. We have probably the most talented group of players in this division managed by a talentless buffoon.

We should have taken a striker off and flooded midfield. We need to get hold of the ball. We should have protected it and seen the game out.

In my opinion, very poor performance, no plan or direction and wilks if infuriating, either wins you the game or does **** all.

Scott is not at the level we need yet, yes he might have a nice finish on occasoin, but often too simple.

Contrary to what many have said here tonight I thought Coyle played well, what cost us was the lack of cover when he bombed on, still rather take Emmanuel but I'd rather Coyle then Elder right now.

Attacking wise, neither of our forwards really pose a threat, when Blackpool brought on Madine the game changed, we dont have that.

All in all, I think we've honestly been found out, games we were breezing are not a battle.

I will always hate McCunt, but his arrogance to take feedback and recognise the need for a plan B is just outright insulting.

In conclusion, lets hope for a mid table finish and a new manager.

And with abit of fortune the Allam's (Ehab) has a stroke and passes the reigns to someone capable.

    Im not sorry.

Lets hope we dont get embaressed by Pompey, can't take another Wigan night.

    Now back to my wine.

I didn't think we looked exhausted tonight. We pressed for an equaliser and got a late one. Think the last goal was just lack of focus not exhaustion. But I agree with you on Eaves and Scott. As many have said before, however, both Magennis and Eaves often look better as 30 min subs than 90 min strikers. Especially Eaves.

Apart from scoring a half dozen goals he's had little game time to show any form.
No-one knows if the contract rumour is true.
No-one knows if he's being treated badly or well.
    Your vitriol is unjustified.

Was concerned by Saturday. Less so tonight but hardly a sparkling performance.

Every team will have a flat spell in the season. Our rivals either are now or already have done.

    Roll on Friday...
