That's the timeframe I was told then and heard nothing to suggest it will be different. Guess let's see. Maybe the EFL have got Wigan and such to deal with.

Sky reported it was at the EFL, Sky will report if it’s off. It won’t be but the EFL aren’t gonna give a minute by minute account of how it’s going. Not sure what more the itk’ scan do about that.

 

I think people are totally picking this quote up wrong and pissing the bed for nothing. Some folk involved in consortiums looking to buy football clubs asked LJ for input and advice. So what. It could have been months ago.

I get why people are a little apprehensive with any new takeover but honestly some of them on there are embarrassing, totally and utterly embarrassing the way they're going on

 

I'd add the social media team into that as well. I've noticed a bit of light hearted banter coming back into the Twitter feed lately. I think it's been stifled over the last year or so when it was brilliant a few year ago.

I am definitely not ITK. Just my observations.

 

Part of me is relaxed and thinks whatever happens over the last few weeks we've seen real positive change.

Other part of me wants Del boy and salmon pants away from this club ASAP

I haven’t really posted over here much but have been following the info from @Prehab26 , @Magnus @Wheatsheaf and @Smug in Boots . I also followed the thread over the road from last time we had a potential takeover when Prehab and Reiver (smug) were posting info they were getting.
My take is and was that these lads were posting in good faith, but things will and do change and took their info on that basis.
I’ve listened to Johnson and the questions re the takeover. It’s quite clear he’s been briefed as to what he can and should be saying and his answers just reinforced to me that things are almost there and it’s all just waiting for the final EFL approval.
There’s even one point in the press conference where Johnson seems to be about to say too much about what’s going on and someone off camera is frantically clicking his fingers to get his attention and get him back on track!
I’m confident things are on track and will be resolved soon.

 

The changes being made highlight this is a DONE deal SD would not have been willing to change the structure and could not afford it in any case - he is only a puppet till the takeover . Only hope as in Punch and Judy he gets walloped by the copper or am I being too unkind .
