Only saw the second half Long (For his penalty saves, didn't have **** to do in the second half otherwise) Wilks (Very frustrating to watch at times, but at least something happens, either he creates something or gets some cheap freekicks) Coyle ( Seemed energetic, always think it's Honeyman when I see him, which I guess is a plus, decent game from what I saw)
McLoughlin Coyle Long for using his nogging and standing still for the penalty kick that hit him in the chest. Thought Uncle Festor had a good second half too, shame his goal was disallowed. Nice penalty by young Chadwick too when a bit of pressure was on him.
Mcloughlin - only one who actually looked like he was playing with a point to prove and to push for a place in the 1st team. Doc - carried on his good form but tired as the game went on Long - did what he needed to do when needed Footnote - Mayer .. Scott .. Slater .. Sheaf .. you need to do an awful lot in training boys because from what you showed tonight wasnt worthy of a place in a village pub team let alone in the 1st team here.
McLoughlin - this lad is a proper player, the way he brings the ball out reminds of Maguire when he was here, really good distribution and a good leader at the back Coyle - absurd that we've gone from absolutely no right backs at the end of last year to 2 of the best we've had in a while Fleming - did well on the other wing, some good delivery from the left Bit concerned about the form of Scott and Slater as some others have said, not just tonight but yet to be really impressed with either, that said, its tough when you aren't getting a run of games
Long - for his non-moving save McLoughlin - positive passing and runs with the ball, plus sound defensively Arthur - just for doing OK on his debut The rest - very average, though Wilks did shake them up a bit. Penalty miss was gash though.
