If that pen had been awarded against us I would have been livid, however it wasn't so I'm delighted!!!!!
Brighton shouldn't have won we were the better team in the second half and scored more goals which is how these games are decided.
I thought we played better second half. First 20 minutes was still iffy for me and our passing was a miss still and gave the ball up easily. Great result and last 15-20 we passed it better but still not where we were a few weeks back.
Honestly, I don't think that's a penalty at all. It's a foul outside the box for me. But I'll take it all day
Delighted with a narrow win. Vestergaard and Romeu stand outs. Two penalties you don't want to see, nowhere near goalscoring chances, albeit that's not the rules. Brighton look like us last season. Good to watch but don't get enough goals for their endeavours. We pressed so much higher with quality subs and Ings and Redmond involved.

As I said up the thread, I think Danny gives the team a massive psychological lift, so I’m hoping we’ll start to pick that early season form back up again.
The pass and the run deserved a pen IMO, KWP was in on goal without the foul and it was a matter of CMs either way. One angle from behind the goal was low down so you couldn't project the lines on the edge of the box and that was what Smith was commenting on.
