Agree either draw, or narrow loss, i still see us being fourth after spurs.

I think Liverpool will beat Man Utd but our goal difference is better so we will still be above them :)

Yes even at anfield, i think this Liverpool side is extremely weak, and they will be found out soon. don't get me wrong im saying 5,6-0 reckon 2-0, but man utd will outplay liverpool every minute

Man Utd weren't 'gash' against Norwich, the Canaries just matched them for a while, like Spurs did earlier this season.

If you take a look at the results in the 60's and 70's we did very well against them. We seem to be on a bit of a roll so I'm opting for a narrow win or a draw. I'm mentioning that period because we had top managers and now we have one again well it could just be 3 points.

    This. <laugh>

Regarding our football, we played some pretty dire stuff until the QPR game and then clicked into gear. We look a lot better with Ba in the side and Tiote and Cabaye have formed a good partnership. I still worry about our full backs, RTaylor trying to cope with Lennon and Walker is a recipe for disaster. Fingers crossed though, if we continue to improve three points isn't out of the question.

You won't have to worry about Lennon for this game, still coming back from injury. Modric or VDV will play out there depending on whether it is a 4 or 5 man midfield.

Santon has to play imo, and Simmo will have to force Bale and Ekotto to defend rather than come forward then we should have a good showing... if it's Raylor and Simmo then we will be lucky to draw.

    Good bumping Spurf <ok>

I'm not going too much into details of Spurs formation/personnel ATM, we have an international 'break', during which lots of our players will be actively involved. The first time Harry will be able to have a good look at who's available, fresh enough to start, etc will be Thursday week.

One good thing for us is that the game is on Sunday at 4pm, so that gives our international players a bit of rest time, before travelling up, presumably on Saturday.

Spurs have already found them out.
We were too quick for them and they ended up getting two red cards with late/stupid tackles and we ended up beating them 4-0.

United are a class above us. They'll annihilate Liverpool. Even at Anfield.

Liverpool were absolutely dire at WHL, but Dalglish made some terrible mistakes in his team selection, which they never recovered from.
Skrtel at full-back against Bale? Ridiculous. Henderson and Lucas up against Modric and Parker in the centre? Suicidal.
I'd be surprised if he made similar gaffs against Man Utd, though I still think that Ferguson's mob should win.

102 goals in 34 League games. 3 / game. Not a bad return. That being said, our 7-1 drumming when "Magpies make mincemeat out of Spurs" was the Teletext headline (Yes I still remember that) added to the goals / game ratio :D

Anyway, always a game I sort of never look forward to as Newcastle have a great record over us in recent times (barring last season). Plus, my brother supports the Toon so there's a bit of rivalry there.

Will be a good game. I'd be pleased with a 1-1 / 2-2 draw coming from behind!

I was working as a chef in a kitchen that night with two Spurs supporting chefs.

By the time Newcastle had scored thier 3rd I was delagated to veg prep, by the 5th I was told to wash up instead and by the 7th I was told to **** off and clean the walk in freezer.

    Happy days.
