These people should be removed from the UK as soon as they arrive. Now they are allowed to slit a child's throat and are not convicted of murder. It's not our responsibility to look after a large proportion of the world's mental health problems.

I agree. If they are not responsible for their actions they should be locked up to keep the public safe. This Jack guy went out of his way to deal with a terrorist and then his family act like he had nothing to do with putting himself at risk. The Human Rights lawyers will have a field day. They seem to want people to be able to have the human right to wander around killing people while at the same time think the public has a human right not to be killed.
If there's the slightest chance that somebody can't stop themselves from killing people then they should be locked up.
I bet it will be the same with these foreign criminals. The HR lawyers say they should be allowed to remain in the UK to wander around yet if anybody is injured or killed then the victims have a HR not to be injured or killed. For these HR lawyers it's a win-win.

If they are not responsible for their actions, they should be in the care of someone that is, and telling that carer that they would serve the time for them if they offend may just focus their mind when they're deciding how much liberty to give them.

The people who apply for these kind of jobs for the mentally ill are the ones who think that mentally ill people should be able to live a normal life. It's not possible for those who are prone to violence.

I disagree, Maajid Nawaz is an example that someone can change in the right circumstances. Like Pandoras box, there always has to be hope.

He wasn't mentally ill and he didnt commit any violent acts.
Even if he did I dont think it's a good idea to let thousands wander around killing people because one person will change their behaviour for the better.

I'd like to see Maajid Nawaz debate James O'Brien. If O'Brien couldn't cut Maajid off I would think Maajid would win. That's not to say Maajid doesnt cut callers off when they dont talk sense.

I feel dirty after reading the last couple of pages.

Low-IQ isn't really an accurate enough description.
