White is the latest in a long line of academy products. He's in the first team, playing well with not a great amount of competition for his place. Strikes me as lazy journalism. More to the point, why would we sell to the competion? If one of the big boys in the PL were to offer us good money, I could see the point. Can't see us accepting anything Derby might offer, especially as apparently we're in negotiations to extend his contract.

Remember the Somma to Swansea thing last season? I think this is the single laziest piece of journalism I've ever seen. So Derby want our left back because they missed out on a CM, and they think he'll be interested because he went on loan to Oldham last season?

We sold Kasper to Leicester remember. It's all about the money

I think selling Kasper to our competition was very clever as it makes them worse

Its got to be a non-story and reckon even bates would be hard pushed to come up with a logical spin for selling him.

He wanted away from Leeds, he wasn't happy at the club, he didn't like it when SG rollocked him, he wanted a lot more money than he was worth ..... Don't go there Bates you ucnt

"Nigel Clough wants Leeds’ *versatile Aiden White on loan – with a view to signing him.

The Derby County chief hopes White will join his promotion push after missing out on Leicester Matty Oakley.

White previously had a spell at Oldham and could be * interested in joining the Rams."

What ****** wrote this? It's the Mirror up to it's usual non - journalistic bollocks. The last sentence says it all, White could be interested, no quote nothing. Very poor.

Wolves, we sold Kasper to Leicester because for some reason he was seen as surplus to requirements. More to the point £1m??? for someone who SG clearly thought was in part responsible for some of our defensive woes last season didn't seem too bad business.

Not sure anyone sees White as either being surplus to requirements or responsible for defensive woes so far, save the odd mistake that can occur anytime.

The knocking of Kasper on here is ridiculous enough without saying he's worse than Chris Weale!

You'll be saying Graham Stack was better next.

Kasper Schmeichel was our first choice goalkeeper and was one of our best players last season.

White has been largely ignored by Grayson since he came to the club with Ben Parker and trialists ahead of him in pre-season, and Darren O'Dea starting the season ahead of him.

No way was Kasper one of our best players last season. He was good for the first 2 months, then his form slowly dropped, until he was making mistakes.

This is completely different. Kasper was on high wages already, we got a good fee for him and we've got a good, more consistent keeper in.

Aidy White has just got a place in the team, and there's no way we'd sell him, unless it was for silly money. The story is bollocks. The fact that they called him versatile shows that. He's has played mostly left back for us, with a few games on the wing and then on the wing at Oldham. 2 positions is hardly versatile. His wage will be quite low to resign, and since he's put in some very good, promising performances this season, in a problem position for us, I can't see him leaving.
