I just don't get this rivalry with BC, they really should just get over themselves, it's like us slagging off Man U and calling them crap!
I saw that thread yesterday, I didn't have the will to reply, just Bristol fans trying to wind us up.
Had a look at the thread and don't understand it at all - have no historical rivalry so why do some of their fans even care about us? Only thing I can think of is that couple of us have annoyed them about Maynard as much as they have annoyed me - but even then why the outright hostility? Is it because we came into some money and splashed the cash? We aren't even the richest team in the Championship - that would be West Ham with their massive parachute payments but they didn't spend the money as they kept most of their Premiership players. They beat us so should be saying that they beat a good team and thus bigging themselves up as well - something like "we may be bottom of the table and without a manager but we are the same team that beat Leicester away from home". Whatever - I say ignore them from now on, don't bother to reply to threads about us. On our boards get the mods to close them and on theirs, note that it is only the same bunch of sub 15 year olds desperate for a rise from someone.
Sorry my fault, I initially replied. Just keep thinking of the League Cup when I comment about them and saying that some teams will never win it !!
