Thinking of throwing a few quid at Politologue tomorrow. Can't really see why Altior is so short, there isn't that much between them is there?

who knows is the answer isn’t it? Altior on his day is well above this field, but who knows how much of that he has left. The price looks generous enough but I’ve been on Politilogue since entry stage and happy to remain in that camp.

over a trip which will be ideal 16/1
 
Ffs, though with the way they finished today you cant blame them, it was a hell of a slog for them.

Aintree 3.15pm

Swift Crusador 28/1 each way 5 places. Horse has been working very well at home, seems well in himself and yard are expecting a good run. Slight caveat is whether he takes to the Aintree fences but at a decent price, with only 10 stone and with the yard in splendid form it is worth the punt...

Strange isn't it. Henderson saying all week that all systems are go and Nico interviewed at Sandown yesterday saying he can't wait to ride him. No mention of ground worries whatsoever. Its a blantant disregard for anyone thats had an antepost bet on Altior for the race.

Afraid to say that the old chap has lost the plot and from rumours I’ve heard he’s losing quite a few owners and staff turnover is making it much harder for him.

I don’t know why he is wrapping Altior up, he just finds any excuse not to run him!!
