    This new lad from Birmingham has been involved with interviews and potential 1 more new face has aswell

    now for the next 1

    a lad on here has been pretty spot on from the start of all this messages me now and then
    He heard new

    manager tomorrow
    he probably knows just as much as what everyone else has been posting so it’s something I asked to post because hes been pretty much on the money

    He married Fiona Barratt 10 years or so. She's the daughter of one of the biggest builders in the North East. Perhaps they're just moving house

    I'm a little older than @Oldsandy. Supported from 1958. Regular team was:- Fraser, Hedley and McDonald. Anderson, Daniel and Aitken. Bingham, Chisolm, Purdon, Shackleton and Elliott.

    Mrs Sterbs at Tesco getting a couple of bottles of Barefoot Shiraz, in the meantime whisky will do, Aerstone 10 year old single malt sea cask. First time with this one, anyone had it?

    Haven’t tried that single malt, let me know what it’s like, I’m quite partial to a good malt. Having said that I quite like Haig Club Single grain.

    At the risk of never having any credibility in this little corner of the internet I am going to confess.

    I remeber hearing about this appointment and initially thinking what on earth is going on. After an hour I had convinced myself it could be ok. By the time I got in the pub that night I was loudly stating we have just appointed the last Englishman to win Div 1 and the best young coach in the country. We were going places with this combo. Have to say by the time I left the pub I wondered if I had lost it.

    If this deserves a life ban I will quite understand <laugh>

    I met Wilkinson on a train few years later and had a short chat about football. Have to say he talked really well about the game.
