Two appointments that look very promising and both sound well respected in the game. Wtf is this witchcraft

Delighted with these, shaping up nicely, hope the manager is as pleasing.

What’s Pep Clotet’s style of play? Anyone know? Just putting the question out there...

No idea but no way do I wnat him here. He's only got 96 games as a manager under his belt and none of his stats look good. I'd have Cowley any day before him and I'm not exactly enthusiastic for that lad.

Daft get should have had a bag of dock leaves in his other hand. I think he had forgotten how much nettles sting hurts. As a kid, a gentle brush against an exposed leg was horrendous. Grasping a fistful would have been agony.

Spot on mate. Not just that, but when our academy gets a reputation (like Southampton's) for churning out good products, then we can start and hoover up other clubs youngsters who recognise that we will give them a good schooling and set them on their way. When that happens, we will have the luxury of being able to pick who we keep, and who we feel might be worth moving on.

More recently, it's been our youngsters getting hoovered up by other clubs. That had to change and this bloke looks the perfect fit to do that.

Don't want to be a clever clogs but the phrase comes from the fact that it doesn't hurt if you grab it.

In shows you should be forceful when presented with a difficult situation.

Great stuff mate, great to see some obviously well informed information.

This looks like really positive news from the new people.

I didn't have a clue about any of this.
