Caoimhín Odhrán Kelleher Or CK - I think we all agree we can drop the middle name I’ll call him Calvin
He seemed a decent defender tbf and my consent wasn't criticising him, he had to go for the ball but he was definitely the last man
I agree. It could have been a red. As for Schuurs (spl) himself, he certainly makes his presence felt in more ways than one.
Interesting words from klopp. adrian has done really well but we needed the natural ball playing skills or kelleher. Seems like that’s Adrian out the picture at the end of the season. On Williams said how he’s been a bit out of shape and has a lot more to give. Clearly sees something there but given him a bit of a kick up ass. With TAA out bows his chance
It's a testing time right now and will be looking forward. Klopp has to keep the team together, keep them in the right spirits, and the morale and ethos up. Our line-up is changing around at the moment for obvious reasons, there's potential for things to get a bit strained I think as players look to play, keep their place or come back in as hopefully we start to get some of the regular first teamers returning. Very difficult to balance it all and keep everyone happy and in the right frame of mind. Hopefully they're all approaching it with a good attitude and there isn't too much frustration or disenchantment bubbling up
So happy for the lads, especially the youngsters. Until we get our players back, I'm not expecting great performances but it was pleasing to see that we were able to grind out a result. The front 3 were really poor and wasteful but at least they finally created some chances (we saw nothing form them vs Atalanta and Brighton). Shout out to the kids - I was really worried about Kelleher but he dealt with everything with ease, and he looks really comfortable with the ball at his feet. Curtis was the pick of the bunch, he played with real maturity. Neco stepped up and had a much better game. MOTM for me is between Matip or Fabinho. Both have been rocks for us - Fabinho is just a world class footballer and a bargain at £40m. He's lowkey one of our best signings under Klopp. Another shout out to the Mr Reliable - Gini and Robbo. These guys keep going on. We're rolling the dice on their fitness so hopefully we can give them much needed rest next week .
I think so and he's only young, so fits the profile. Played well bar the booking and is ****ing quick.
When Jones gets involved and wanting the ball he has really impressed. Every other performance he tends to go hiding and lacks discipline though. Consistency will come I hope
Team spirit looked very good last night after the match finished. I think Klopp's going down the 'siege mentality' route - us against the world
