Quite reasonable SD said Short had to pay for Coleman’s sacking new owners say SD foots the bill for Parkinson only right really . Poyet not coming I reckon is all about working under a DOF which has to eat in to his wage , he has publicly said he would love to come back , surely he knew we were in EFL1 makes him rather than the club look a bit silly

We don't know we are relying on people like yourself to tell us, who are you asking "is it done"

Where have I been rude to you?

You simply ignore anything you can't answer which is quite rude in itself tbh.

Maybe a blessing disguise. Fresh start might be better. Was always underlying problems with Poyet. DoF model more important. Hope for Stendel at this point IMO.

No we don’t, he might just be a good fit got where we are. If it does end up being Cowley I hope people get behind him, instead of coming out with stupid comments about him still being a PE teacher and wanting 6 weeks holiday. Some ‘fans’ just love to pull the club to bits

Seems even stranger when we’re being told that Juan Sartori is now taking an interest in the club for the first time, and is supposed to be bringing in this new French kid with billions.

Why wouldn’t JS have all this sorted out with his fellow countrymen well in advance?

This has all the hallmarks of SD and CM running us like a non-league club!

Best to take your own advice perhaps, except you just couldn't wait to jump in.

I've been at work all day so just been popping in throughout the day.
Now I'm not totally arsed that Poyet has 'turned us down', If he has...or had the chance to? Something has bothered me about the rumours but aren't clubs now having to interview candidates who apply for the jobs, and that they have to interview a % of BAME candidates who apply, if any? (Rooney Rule) If that's so they couldnt have offered the job to anyone yet or am I wrong and this doesn't apply yet? They only sacked PP 2 days ago.

Way way better to have a long term vision and stick to it than throw it out for the case of one manager. That much should be obvious. And has been our problem for years. Cowley is a good manager btw, the negativity towards him is unfounded and snobbery.

Well, I dont reckon poyet would have got us up, nostalgia is our enemy. These brothers can do it if they have thick skin. I'd love Pearson, maybe he just text to say he wants it

Plenty seemed to know Gus was a name in the hat a while back, but who actually started the rumour he'd signed a contract earlier today, when he had not signed a contract earlier today? How do we avoid info from that particular source polluting the pool again?

Seems to be a running theme like, B:emoticon-0126-nerd:rini, MVila, FPP takeover, there's always huge confidence something concrete has gone through before the seemingly-inevitable kick in the scrote.

Rather have them than Barton like some people have suggested. Worked at a higher level in management than he has too.

I really hope this Storey making an appearance is just a coincidence, and not a case of him turning Donalds head at the 11th hour, and stalling the takeover process , but I wouldn't put it past him ( Donald) He's shown himself to be a conniving ****house who's only in it for the money, so nothing would surprise me, and at this moment in time he is still in control at SAFC. I hope i'm just over-reacting here.

Little deflated by the Gus news, will console myself with the fact that Parkinson is no longer in charge.

Just want everything sorting so that we all know what’s happening and can move forward.
