Yeah, I’m not necessarily saying I think he would be good. I don’t have a clue about him and have never even heard of him. Just that I believe someone of that ilk may be more likely than the names mentioned so far. A somewhat random name from abroad. And I don’t think that’s a bad thing.
Could be the case like, might be waiting for the right project to tickle their fancy. Personally I think the reason why they never got any of those jobs is because the respective clubs thought the appointments they made were the best ones they could. Which wasn't the Cowleys.
Thought you were describing me till the last bit, can't even get to shag a minger, so please porn exists
Good god I didn’t even get to the bottom of the first page and felt like nothing good had happened this weekend. So depressing.
Fair enough. I think they'll go on to do well - they're bright, well qualified and have a way of working which has been successful for them. I know a lot of people who think they are likely to get the West Ham job at some point in the future. My worry is that they haven't had the background in sports science, sports psychology, etc that you only find at the top levels and so would rule them out for me based on that... ...but I think they could make the step up if there was a DOF in position.
Cowley is now the bookies favourite https://www.oddschecker.com/football/manager-specials/sunderland/next-permanent-manager
These people live in a totally different world mate. Can't see any good in anything, and live to be critical. I feel heart-fully sorry for them, as I would hate to be like that.
Depends on if they've already lined them up. It might be that now the DoF is picked, that person is available to immediately start working for club and are therefore available to help pick the manager. So potentially they've been waiting on DoF appointment before sacking PP.
They were near relegation when Poyet was appointed. He ended that season qualifing Bourdeaux to Europa League
