Top three in order, only if you saw the game, you know the drill.

    Coyle, by a mile.
Batty, should be getting more first team opportunities, certainly no1 sub for any midfielder.
Long, had to work hard when De Weis was on the pitch. Good pen save, but didn’t really stand a chance with the rest.

De Weis, looked ok until the equaliser which he gifted them, also just before failed to clear, along with the rest of defence. Not getting back into first team any time soon.
Eaves, actually managed to hold the ball up, but too many poor passes & offsides to say he had a good game. Shouldn’t be the replacement for Magennis, but will be.
Mayer, Scott did well, don’t think either will be starting in the league though.
Fleming, much better at LB, don’t understand why he didn’t start.
The rest, nothing outstanding either way.

    ..
Awful commentary from Burns and Co. Why is he always auditioning for something bigger ? Me, me me...

As for the game, I thought after 5 minutes played that we would struggle with this one so I suppose credit for taking it to extra time. No quality at all from both teams. De Wijis gifted them the equaliser when they never looked like scoring from open play, you could say his injury didn't help...? but for me? No, he ****ed up.
Up front Eaves was decent for an hour but who was with him ? Samuelson blew his chances of a first team shirt today, all the talent in the world but **** me, he has the heart of a butterfly.
So it's an embarressing exit from the FA Cup and no-one will mention that we played our 2nd eleven. So we got what we deserved, if you don't treat the cup with respect you will get knocked out. But three points on Wednesday is far, far more important then a five nil hammering if we had won and drawn one of the so called big boys.

Burnsy is proper marmite. I like him, it was nice to hear his commentary after so long without it.

Besides them, positives from Mayer, Fleming, Coyle; took a step backward - Eaves, Scott, Jones C.
de Wijs did well until he coughed up his one mistake a game and it cost us.

The starting eleven should have been strong enough. We had very little to influence the game from the bench though.
I thought Coyle was better when Mayor went off. Mayor looked better than he has.
I used to like Burns but I thought he and Swan were poor. Repetitive. Mostly stuff about themselves. I got fed up of the limited knowledge they had of John Cooper Clarke. Mind you, I don't rate him either. I am glad I don't get them on ifollow. I got fed up of the call outs. It was very local station when they were on a national stage. Perhaps they were trying to shoe that they were different.

I am hoping for a better performance on Wednesday.

    1. Batty ... stand out in midfield today

    2. Alfie ... like the look of this lad .. did we he needed to do

    3. Ermmmm

Think JDWs days are numbered .. it isn't rocket science to note that whenever he plays the defence looks shaky .. pity really cos at one point he looked like he could be very useful .. but for a big lump he aint half a wuss. Samuel .. Scott .. Mayer .. and Slater won't be banging on the gaffers door demanding a chance in the first team thats for sure cos they'd be laughed out the office.
