Donalds shares are Madrox as i understand it. That was the vehicle that was formed to buy the Club from Short If they are buying Donalds majority holding

 

Surely the other people joining are just FPP being part of the consortium by converting their loan to shares?
Nixon just sounds as if he has older news than what Prefab & co have.

 

Perhaps we are in a position where KLD gets confirmed quickly and then others come later?

 

I don't think it's a concern tbh mate, Nixon likes playing games and probably just read your post.

Journalists read the forums and, as I've been told by one, create accounts and thrown down bait so they get the right answers to quote.

The trouble is they try to make a few posts look representative of the entire fanbase.

They only need to check the owner, not everyone who becomes involved.

I had shares in SAFC and never once had a knock on the door from the EFL.

 

Tbf he talks in absolute riddles so some clarification was needed haha

 

EFL can check on the main chap while the minor details are sorted. That’s not a problem area.

He’s now said this. Minor details doesn’t seem that far away.

 

it looks like Nixon is using a generic guess work that all clubs need to submit to.. Watch the BBC parliament Select committee on Football 25th November..(I don't know the link to post). A regulator for football clubs will be in place within two years from what I've watched...

 

Donald and Methven got checked by the EFL when they took over then Juan underwent it after the takeover was done so hopefully it’s a similar process

 

I hope you’re right mate it’s frustrating as owt, because I tend to take yours and the other lads info as accurate and that crap is a kick in the nads. Mostly down to how **** this year has been mind.

 

I’m now massively re-assured by Nixon’s tweets this morning. The first one was written in a way that suggested further delay. But actually the “series” now reads like he’s saying it’s pretty much done but even more people will get involved. Which is good news.

 

Another delay wouldn’t bother me if we got some serious players involved

Nixon is almost always right about us. He’s vague for obvious reasons. I’ll be doubly reassured once he indicates the FPP stuff is resolved but he’s currently saying it isn’t.
