Time to give Diamond a good run in the starting 11, but Parkinson won't.

Instead, we'll see Grigg, or one of the other journeymen take Gooch's place

Diamond, Neil, Embleton, Curry, McFadzean and Sanderson could all add much needed pace into the team, but will he give them a chance or will he stick to the tried, tested and so far failed Maguire , Power ,Wyke, Grigg, Graham and O,Brian . We will soon know.

All set up for a new manager isn't it. Stick all those lads in the side and we'd be transformed.

Forever the optimist. I am going 0-1 (Graham), scrappy game but Graham will stick it in with 15mins remaining. Have may have missed it, but is there any reason why we are playing on a Friday???

I hope you're right mate, but with Parky, you never know. Diamond needs to be starting games anyway imo. It's a shame McFadzean is out injured. He could've slotted in at LWB, and we could've pushed Hume further up the field. Would like to see how that turns out.

Great thread as we've come to expect RTB, as usual I'll go for a Lads win. I could never say we will lose or want us to so It's 3-1 to the Lads for me.
Cmon Parky let's have 2 good halves of football this time, you old knacker.

    Ha'Way the Lads.

Can't see us getting anything tonight, our woeful finishing. That and the fact Barton would cut his own throat to put another one over us.

    HA'WAY THE LADS

    MACKEMS ATTACKEM

The last game feels like a loss against Doncaster,
and a loss to M k dons at home ffs

But I suppose as the saying goes,
    "shìt happens".
I was downhearted but now trying to be optimistic again.
    I know ffs,
do you want us to lose to put maybe that final nail in PP's coffin ?
That thought will be there for some and has crossed my mind.

But do we really EVER want to lose ?
(Except say a last game of the season where we have already won the title and a loss sends the mags down :D )

No, I don't want us to lose, especially against a team managed by that scummy chancer.
Regardless of the takeover, if it happens they will probably have someone new lined up and PP probably knows that.
If it doesn't, which I doubt, PP may stay,
    whatever happens.

    Only winning is good enough.

Come on boys, stuff the bastards.

I don't want us to lose, apart from anything else I don't see the logic. If the takeover happens then Parky's gone regardless and if it doesn't then Donald's not going to pay him off and splash out on a new manager.

We need to win as many games as possible and set ourselves up for when the takeover goes through.

I'm with you Nacho. I can't get my head around why some people want us to lose. It's tantamount to not wanting promotion.

We need as many points as possible to give us a chance of getting out of this God awful league, regardless of who is in charge.

Here's a simple question for everyone....

Would you accept promotion with Phil Parkinson as manager?

    I know I would......

    ....and then sack him! :emoticon-0116-evilg
