Match Day Thread Gone for a Burton

Our second goal was a cracker though. Lovely weighted cross by Morgan, and a slick finish from Aneke.

 

Made no difference in the end though, did it.
Some of the best goals ever scored are consolation goals (or turn out to be).
We still got dicked by a pub team.

 

I think that is very disrespectful to call Burton a Pub team. They are much better than that. I was very impressed with a number of their players.

 

The truths in life will not be recognised by the addicted, but top Kudos for trying to point this out mate

 

Thank you Dick, I also dislike the disrespect shown to other clubs based on history, size, finances reputation etc.

 

I thought Burton were organised and worked hard. They did their homework on us and outplayed us.

 

The only team they're better than is us.
They were bottom of the table before we turned up and rolled over for them.

From the sound of it Burton were shown far too much respect by our sorry players yesterday.
They don't need any from me.
