The Last Dance is brilliant even if I have never watched basketball in my life.

A very different series is When They See Us - some challenging subject matter but absolutely brilliantly done.

For a different view of our world I would recommend Dark Tourist - really hoping we get another series.

Just started watching this with my 17 year old daughter. Just finished episode 4 of the 1st series and we are both thoroughly enjoying it. Great cast, great story and great acting. Not sure how true to life it is but it's a great watch so far.

Dexter is a forensic scientist working for Miami Police, but he uses his skills to carry out and conceal murders. Although his victims usually deserve their fate.

Wow! Cheers RAW. We'll definitely give that a try. Try the loch, a six parter with a great twist in the last episode

Have you watched all of Bosch? I think we're on the penultimate series and finding it hard going, the first few series' were great though.

Loved the Bosch series, but I have read quite a few of the books so expected the complex multi story lines that happen.

I've read a couple, I think that's the problem though the plots are a bit complex for me to properly enjoy. It's good that it doesn't hold your hand but it can be a bit impenetrable if you're a bit thick like me.

Going to persist and finish it though because we do love the characters.

Most of them, I had read the books awhile ago, obviously the TV series is set at a more modern time, but still it sort if follows the books.

I think this series, about the pill mill, is known to be a bit of a slower one so we'll get it out of the way and crack on.

How good is the intro music btw.

    Good

800 words....feelgood easy watching. Guy drags his family from Oz to NZ after his wife is killed in a hit and run. Some great characters, especially Woody

OZARK..... Shockingly violent at times but riveting series. A new series is being started I hear

Designated Survivor.... Just started watching this, seems pretty good but flawed at times. Over 40 episodes so might be a bit lostish

    BAD

Any cheapskate unreality TV especially if it involves "Celebrities"

Season one of True Detective with Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey is really good. Bit of an old one but The Wire is brilliant. I'd also recommend Battlestar Galactica, again a bit old now but well worth a watch.

If any of you want a good laugh, watch Schitts Creek...Its a Canadian comedy. Give it 2 or 3 episodes until you get into the characters....one of the funniest sitcoms i've watched
