They got approved by the EFL early November so don’t think that one is too far away from being done.

Not boshed about a monorail, pretty sure his grandads company have a shipping business so we should see some first class match day trips up the coast from Hartlepool. I for one am looking forward to dining and drinking fine wines up the North East Coast as I pass the delights of Blackhall, Horden and Seaham to be dropped off at a jetty just below the Stadium and take the golden escalators up the banks to the ground
