Toby doesn't seem capable of understanding the concept of per capita crime, nor crime rate per 100,000. Next he'll be telling us that they commit crimes because they're poor, and that they're poor because of Little Englanders' racism. Crying 'poverty!' is the go-to argument-ender for those of Toby's ilk, an irrefutable explanation for why black males are several times more likely to commit murder and rape. It's because they live in council housing, you see. The sub Saharan Africans usurped the West Indian British gangs and are way more violent. The coke industry is now controlled by Albanians who would cut your eyes out for a £500 tik bill, the Turkish are also quite violent but tend to stick to their own. The biggest casualty is 15 year old fatherless black kids that get laid on a few hundred quids worth of crack , either other kids kill them and rob them or they get robbed and their boss stabs them for losing money. The people oppressing the London black community is other blacks . This doesn't explain why they tend to steal and rape more but criminals especially black ones usually have very low IQ.

Interesting earlier comparison to Damilola Taylor and Stephen Lawrence and why one gets the attention and not the other. Damilola was chibbed by some ethnic minority youths in a Council estate but Stephen was murdered by a gang of racist white men in leafy Edmonton. The intimation is that one dark child being stabbed by another slightly differently coloured dark child is just one of those things and typical of inner city violence that has always happened and is meaningless whereas an up and coming architect in the suburbs was deliberately targeted by fascist thugs who didn't like having negroes in their neighbourhood. Or you could say that Damilola's parents were nothing but dignified after he was killed and were responsible for setting up a charity in his honour with Peckham Library (where he had been just before he was stabbed) being named after him and libraries in Nigeria being built with proceeds from the charity. Whereas the millionaire Dame Doreen Lawrence has spent her time getting the law changed to prove the Police are institutionally racist, and has gone on to accuse other public services such as the Fire Brigade of similar acts of racism.
