People will speak quite extensively about the physiological and psychological effects (poor dentition, bone calcification, etc) on Europeans, West Asians, Amerindians, etc of living in sedentary, agricultural and industrialised societies even after our ancestors have done so for thousands of years, yet we are expected to believe that West African immigrants today slot perfectly into our communities. This is without considering the wider cultural differences between such settled societies and those of hunter-gatherers. Does one not promote a selfish attitude of 'take what you can get, when you can' more than the other...?
