He's picked a really **** argument. He could look at the many white managers who keep getting decent jobs (Moyes et al) despite failing regularly and compare them to the likes of Hughton and Darren Moore who have done reasonably well but struggle to get back into employment after a blip. But instead he's picked a controversial soundbite without any sound reasoning. It's one of the reasons why he and Ince won't be considered for a top job.
Can't see it like. Klopp had been a success at Dortmund and Liverpool knew they were needing major surgery which wouldn't be fixed in one window. Additionally, he reached two cup finals that season so progress of a sorts could be seen. Add to that he hadn't even had a full season in the job and it would appear to me to be ****ing mental to sack him at that point.
Yes. Simply because I think they would have sacked any manager in the world that wasn't the Klopp we have come to know. I don't think his race comes into it. I think it took Klopp being Klopp exactly as he is. He inspired unshakable confidence in his ability in a way few have recently. Maybe Pep could have inspired the same unbreakable belief that he would eventually come good. But I doubt it somehow. I hate this kind of hypothetical. It makes an individual situation about something utterly derivative. I'm not saying race is perfect within football. But leave the Klopp's achievements out of it. It's like saying Sol Campbell would be managing Barca if he was white, it's far more likely he would be an insufferable failure of a white manager.

Just had a quick look at some figures mate. There has been a big thing about not enough black managers in England. There are 9 non white managers/ head coaches in England 13%, the percentage of non white in the English population is 14 %. Percentage of black people in the English population is 3% now im not sure if there are 3 black managers or just 2 but out of 92 clubs that makes the Percentage around 2-3%. So if my reckoning is right the Percentage of black and non white managers in English football is about the same ratio as there is in the English population

I'm all for people of any race or colour been given equal opportunity, I do believe this not the case across the board but when I comes to football the % do look quite fair. The thing i did notice was the people making most of the noise where ex black managers who were actually not very good at it, they were sacked not because the colour of their skin but the fact they were **** at there job

In the Premier League it is around 20%. Does this mean that white people should protest that there is a higher % of black players than the population %. NO it doesn't, but what should also be looked at is how many ex black players want to become managers. There are an extremely high number of ex black players i would love to become our next manager but is it not the case they majority don't want to. I know there was mention Dwight Yorke applied for the job, I personally don't think he would be a great manager on the fact I think hes too laid back. I would love to know what the % is of black players that wanted to be managers is
