    Bearing in mind the Echo reported a no water problem in my area 24 HOURS after it happened as breaking news, dont get your hopes up

    So 16bn for cyber warriors and a new "space command", which will be capable of launching a first rocket in 2022. Spotty techies and space cowboys. Proper funding for meals during school holidays as an ongoing responsibility not forthcoming. What sort of a triumph is that?
