I wonder if Biden knows what the election year is? Probably thinks it's 1976?

Children could unwittingly inform on their parents if they discussed remarks about controversial issues with friends
    ALAMY
Children risk exposing their parents to hate crime charges by repeating private conversations about transgender rights in the playground, a frontline police representative has claimed.

The hate crime bill being debated in parliament, as drafted, would criminalise conversations over the dinner table if they were deemed to deliberately incite abuse of minorities, MSPs were told.

Calum Steele, general secretary of the Scottish Police Federation, which represents frontline officers, said that children could unwittingly inform on their parents if “insulting” remarks about transgender rights, immigration or refugees were repeated in the playground.

Humza Yousaf, the justice secretary, has said that there should be no “dwelling defence” for conversations in the home that incite hate crimes.

His position was broadly supported by senior figures in Police Scotland,

That is him all over and he wonders why he is so disliked all over the world.

He has two ways of going. He can accept the verdict of the people and leave with some dignity or he can totally destroy the little legacy he might have and go kicking and screaming like a spoiled child. Something tells me he will choose the latter and inspire some of his supporters to resort to violence.

He is indeed like a child. It's pathetic and the people of the United States should be ashamed of the depths to which they have sunk.

I suspect the electoral arrangements in some states will not stand up to legal scrutiny

Because we know that in the UK that there is a degree of fraud over postal votes and voting without showing personal identification. And I suspect the UK's arrangements are positively gold plated compared to some of the Mid Western and Southern states

Why would you suspect that of those states?

The sheer size, the relative unsophistication of some areas - a smart NY lawyer will be able to sniff out fraud

All the (alleged) fraud took place in the states Biden won.

The states Trump won didn't have any fraud.

    Go figure.

Plus, Hillary Clinton lost a few states by similar margins back in 2016 and there were no law suits.

Who has a history of resorting to law suits throughout their life?

Only if he can show prima facie organised fraud now, that justifies a greater examination. We'll see what he puts up
