Anyone else keeping an eye on the American election? It does concern me that what happens in America today quite often happens in the UK tomorrow. Trump spitting his dummy out as it looks as though he’s on the verge of finding new accommodation. Potential rioting as the two polar opposite groups try and persuade their opposition of the errors of their ways as to whether we should count all the votes cast or not by ....rioting. Yes we had the “Brexit” divisions last year but at least we fell short of the anticipated rioting expected in America. I sincerely hope Trump gets the elbow as he is simply a poor excuse for a human being never mind a President of the USA but it does bother me that in a few years time our Society will be as divided as it seems it is in the States as we do not have any politicians who seem “big” enough for the job that is coming up with Brexit and recovery from the pandemic.
I get the comedy gold bit but the man is acting like a crazed hoot owl, not good for the most powerful country in the world (supposedly) The man is not fit for purpose and needs to go.

Don't envy the American people. Your choices: Donald Trump - egomaniac extraordinaire who acts like a spoiled child - dangerous position for him to be in Joe Biden - Creepy with children (likely another *****) and looks/sounds a half dead mother ****er. He is in no fit state. My prediction is 3 months of Biden, resigns on health grounds, and they usher in Kamala Harris who the dems really wanted but couldn't get the old white men to sign off on. Mind I will say one thing for Trump. Despite all the farcical behaviour he's the only American president in recent times not to embark on some false war to pilfer another country. Given all the misgivings about him and the button, he's proved less hostile than the sickly "I'm great at sticking to the script" Obama.
