I first went to Boothferry Park when I was about seven. I took my grandson to the KC on Saturday. He is ten weeks old. He is clealry a lucky mascot and should be given a free lifetime pass. Now admittedly we only went in the shop but I am trying to bring him up properly. He would have been much earlier but we live in Preston - yes, the one with Phil Brown. What age were you lot when you first went to Boothfeery Park/the KC? There must be somebody younger than ten weeks, surely.

my dad told me he wanted to take me from the age of 4 way back in 1963 but my mum would not allow it.

i was 8 in 1967 when i made my debut at boothferry park. back then it was mainly men only or it appeared that way to me.

You've got some good reasons though, Febbos. I got to Boothferry Park in 1962 as a seven year old. We went in the North Stand and got pushed to the front so we could see through the lattice work white fence. At half time a lot of the crowd changed ends. I think it was so they could stand behind the goal City were attacking.

My uncle took me to my first game as a young lad, but I've no idea what the game was, or how old I was.

I took Lambretta junior to his first game when he was five, he's been a season ticket holder since he was six, almost ten years now(and he's very happy tonight, as I've just ordered his tickets for Brighton, Forest and Barnsley, though he still won't tidy his bedroom!).

I was two, when my dad took me to see City at Wembley. I think we played Bristol, but I can't remember the result.

1965 & I was 7. (3-2 vs Scunny). My son's first match was away at Oxford in 2003/4. He was 5 at the time and his reaction was that it was too loud in the middle of the City supporters so we moved down to a quieter spot.

I was told by my mum that I was 6/7 years but cannot remember anything about Boothferry Park at that time; was taken by my dad and grandad apparently.

Have to admit though I do remember being taken to Craven Park by my dad when I was a bit older and we sat up in the greyhound stewards box in the East Stand roof (as he knew one of the stewards or something like that). Don't know if Rovers won.:emoticon-0120-doh:

<laugh> Don't encourage him, it's already nearly cost him a trip to Brighton.
