Bit of a pointless post, we pay the guy to do a job for us, if he does not want to resign in 2 years then he does not have to, until then he can stay put, we paid him for long enough when he was out with injuries for long spells. It's not out of the question that we could win a cup competition, Birmingham managed to beat us in the final of the CC last year so certainly is the draws fall the right way and what not we should not write off that hope yet.
