I'm all for giving managers time but he's making the same mistakes we've all seen over and over again, rather put trust in old players, hasn't signed any players with pace hasn't got a midfielder that will impact the game at all.

We are a team of bottlers exactly as we were under Ross we don't hold on to leads and we don't score important goals, most importantly of all we never outplay the opposition, it literally never happens.

Didn’t make a change until the 75th minute, then proceeds to take off Maguire for another midfielder when we were literally crying out for another striker. I’ve literally had enough of him. Someone get him on the first flight to Jurassic park the absolute dosser. He infuriates me.

Hes **** but his squad is also pretty ****. Catch 22 really would anyone else do any better with what we have.

Weve been here 3 seasons and probably gone backwards each season. No pace, no physicality, no creativity. Our midfield is one of the weakest in the league our goalkeeper is probably the worst in the league and our strike force is up there. A few weeks ago I'd say our defence was strong but we've now shipped 5 in 2 games so not even sure of that now.

In short we are ****, we are stuck in this league, we are stuck with Donald and we are ****ed. I guess the only positive is we aren't allowed in to watch this ****.

We're below Charlton just in case anyone hasn't noticed who didn't have a ****ing team at the beginning of the season.

With new money coming in, it should be a no brainer. Should be sacked immediately. Appoint Paul Cook.

The sad fact is he should have been nowhere near to getting the job in the first place. I get we are league 1, I get we can’t attract the top managerial names in the business anymore but he was the wrong choice from the start. The day we employed Parky was the day we accepted our life as a league 1 club. Get him out now and leave the door open for Stewart ****ing Donald too

He shouldn’t even make the bus home without his P45. But the problem is we still have a fat incompetent bastard calling the shots and I wouldn’t trust any of them to spot a decent manager. Plus he has left us with slow paced, with little ability footballers.

Makes sense. Did well at Wigan and I'd be more confident in Cooky getting us up and keeping us up than I am about Parky doing the job.

Even I'm leaning towards getting rid. No pace up front. Its shocking. Young lads cant do anymore pre season and they not given a chance. Same old team and tactics every game. Cook, those brothers (Lincoln, huddersfield) I'd take in a heartbeat.

I'd like to see Hasselbaink. Only club it didn't work for him was Northampton. Did well at Burton, and Q.P.R given the circumstances. I'd be happy with Cook too though. Had too many negative managers recently, we need a team to be excited about. Now is the perfect time to give it to someone who wants a long term project, and to get the team playing the right way. (post takeover anyway).

I rarely talk negatively about the manager or the players, but I have to agree with this thread.

As soon as I saw the team sheet had Dobson and Power together, I knew we were in for a bad night.

And what is it with Parkinson and his 70 + minutes, like for like subs? He is tactically inept and one dimensional, making things very easy for the opposition and manager.

    Time to go Phil

Wouldn't trust this regime to pick another manager unless it was Dave Jones doing it.

For me Paul Cook should have been offered the job when Jack Ross got it.

He's so far off the mark with his selections and subs, I do wonder if he has been cloned for some bastards amusement. He is Sgt Wilko Mark II, the only things he gets right are enforced on him ffs

    Get shot ASAP

Agree with this, mediocre manager at this level and a team only a bit better than that. It'd take a special manager to polish this turd into the team we all want and as things stand I don't see a lot of benefit in changing managers.

Takeover happens, there's money to spend and plans are being laid for the future then Parky can **** off immediately.

If the new investors have the funds, I'd be pulling out all the stops and the brown envelopes to get Allardyce back.
