    So why is Ozil not in their plans then?

    He’s still training with the first team so can’t be that he’s had a massive falling out with Arteta.

    There's a lot that we don't see as fans. His attitude behind the scenes might just suck.
    The club might've taken the decision out of Arteta's hands after Ozil refused the pay cut, though.
    I'm sure we'll all find out eventually.

    If his attitude sucked then surely he would be allowed to train with the first team squad. Yes he can come across as lazy and his demeanour isn’t the best but he’s probably the most talented player they have. To be paying him £350,000 a week and not even use him is ridiculous
