Of couse not. That one is listed under "deluded" , not "desperate" .

 

I think "desperate" is a more fitting description for any and every headline after August 11th claiming that Sancho was going to sign for them, given that was the deadline Dortmund set for Man Utd (pen) to meet their fee or bugger off
