Septimus Serverus was born in Libya. He spent most of his reign as Roman emperor in Britain trying to conquer the lands north of Hadrians wall. He failed but the Roman empire was ran from England by a black man for several years. He also put a lot of effort into fortifying Hadrians wall because he knew he had met the Roman empires match in Jockland.
