I'm after some new recipes for protein shakes. Here's mine atm 1 banana 25g oats 50g peanut butter (crunchy) 1 scoop pistachio protein powder (can be any but mines 25g protein 1g fat 1g carbs) 50g frozen blueberries 350 ml cold water This provides around 50g protein 57g carbs 8g fat and it tastes delicious..really gives your stomach a full feeling
Blueberries - good handful Raspberries- half a good handful Whey protein- big dollop Vanilla ice cream- 1/4 of a tub Handful of ice cubes
Take out the protein and the ice cubes and replace them with strawberries and custard (set) and that might be decent. Oh, and some pineapple jelly.
Nice. If you like Kraken then you'll like this. I like it with ginger ale, a bit of cranberry juice and a dsh if lime. But some people just have it with coke if that's more your thing.
